My wedding day was amazing, but of course it went by way to fast and all I want to do is relive it like most brides. Silvi and Lincoln both did an incredible job photographing my wedding that I am able to relive that wonderful day through there pictures. This company is amazing! We hired Mayan Riviera Photography for our wedding and we are so glad we did. Our experience with Silvina and her crew went above and beyond any of our expectations. We hesitated hiring phototgraphers off the resort but after reading reviews and receiving such a nice email back from Silvina when I inquired, we did it.We hired 2 photographers and 2 videoraphers for 5 hours and at the end of the evening we felt as if we had known them a lot longer. On a day when so much is going on, we really appreciated their level of comfort and professionalism at the same time. Another thing that stood out for us was the fact that we felt they really wanted to take great pictures for us and that it wasn’t just another job for them. For example, while walking to dinner or another location they would see an opportunity for a great picture and have us stop to do it. I received a nice message from Silvina once we were home and a few teaser shots that were amazing. This task alone was a stressful and an important decision to make without meeting the photographer under normal circumstances. I honestly cannot say enough about the wonderful experience we had with Silvina and Mayan Riviera Photography! During planning before the wedding, Silvina was SO helpful and kind! I was a bit nervous because I had no idea what our wedding day timeline should be and Silvina was able to help me through it and provide suggestions! She responded promptly and was so sweet and patient with us. It was easy to see that she knew exactly what she was doing during our planning and during the day of our wedding. I have to praise the way Silvina went above and beyond to capture our special day. Her fun and positive energy is infectious I felt so comfortable from the second we met ! We cannot recommend Mayan Riviera Photography enough.
From the moment we sent our first email requesting more information about their packages and pricing, I knew they were the photography company for us. They were professional and so helpful every step of the way. Silvina did not miss one detail when corresponding with me about pricing, what our package entailed, payment dates, and even recommendations for the big day, such as hair and makeup tips and ways to make our photographs personal and extra special. Our photographers were wonderful! They were everywhere and nowhere at once and captured our special day exactly how we had envisioned. Silvina was a dream when it came to being flexible and hustling to capture as many photos as possible with the location changes. Silvina made my bridesmaids and I feel so comfortable when she was shooting our getting ready photos. Even when things got hectic trying to get last minute details together, she was cool, calm and collected and even helped us carry back food to my Bridal suite !! she really helped keep us relaxed and in the moment.
The pictures are breathtaking and invoke deep emotions of happiness each time we view them, which by the way is everyday.My only regret is not hiring her for the whole day as we only had the 4 hour package !

I recommend Mayan Riviera Photography 100%! They are excellent photographers and you will love your photos. We used them for our recent wedding at Secrets Playa Mujeres. I found them from a Cancun Brides facebook group. Initial email correspondence via email was clear and easy. I felt reassured seeing Silvina’s work, knowing our photographer, and what she could offer. Prior to arriving, we had a call to confirm details. Silvina was so friendly and on top of everything, and was sweet enough to acknowledge details that we shared on Facebook.
The day of the wedding, Silvina & her assistant Gia arrived so professional and enthusiastic to get to work. When I tell you that Silvina & Gia are hardcore- I mean it!! They were diving into bushes, rolling onto the ground to capture our toast from below, and doing everything necessary for the perfect shot! They exude intensity and expertise!! We received our “teasers” which were actually 90-some photos within 5 days and could not be more pleased with the results. They are spectacular!! We are so grateful to Silvina & Gia for being with us and capturing all the moments of our beautiful day!
